Deutsche Bank: Internal Saas

Meta Data Service Platform

This large scale project for a cloud-based micro-service architecture provides services for ingested data within the bank at all global locations.

Before tackling the wireframes, it’s important to understand who our users are and identify their journeys. This ensures optimal planning and sizing for the project to get the most effective results in the most efficient manner.

Wireframing has been critical since there are so many stakeholders involved in this project. With this, we have been able to have fruitful conversations without expending too much time and effort into high fidelity mock ups that inevitably will change.

After completing a prototype, I create specs for the development team so that they have all unseen functionalities and descriptions at hand. We work closely together to understand what is needed from both sides to make sure the project can be delivered.

Included: DEI Web application

Improving Company DEI

Led the design vision and created new information architecture and style guides for the conceptualization of this new application.

Users have a dashboard with customizable and mobile cards that allow them to track diversity hiring in different time periods and departments.

Companies can keep track of their hiring funnels, completely customizable again, with the ability to see rejection reasons from both the hiring managers and candidates.

Part of my responsibility was creating style guides and usability guidelines for new components.

Art Gallery Project

This is a team UX project focusing on the issues surrounding interaction between visitors and art installations in the Science Gallery London exhibit, On Edge: Living in an Age of Anxiety.

Check out the Website for more details here

This 3 month project required extensive user research with usability tests and a questionnaire, below are a few findings from the questionnaires:

Finding 1 explains that users who were aware of the exhibition previously, spent more time inside

HCI: PROTOTYPING

Joint Effort

This is an app created in a team of three to help educate the public on the effects of using marijuana and CBD. Through extensive UX research, we were able to refine a prototype for the target audience.

Starting with desk research, we found much info and statistics about different kinds of users and reasons as to why they may be using. We conducted anonymous interviews with a wide age range to gain a wide perspective, prompting us to create our first prototype and conduct usability tests, which was done twice. At the moment there are three main functionalities of the app: diary, news, and community. With diary the user is able to record their days and any symptoms and usage along with it. News allows users to brows any kind of information they would like, unbiased. Finally community allows for users to talk and discuss with each other, creating a safe environment.

Find the finished prototype and more details on our website found here: Joint Effort

OAXACA Apps

With a team, we were able to create, design, and optimize a hypothetical restaurant's UI application for better user and staff interaction including basic functions such as ordering food and waiting tables.

In terms of organization, we used the project management framework for scrum and did so via Trello. This allowed us to create and organize our weekly sprints and meetings which included creating hand drawn drafts, user flows, frameworks, and prototyping; doing so through Sketch, Photoshop, and Invision. Check out the final prototyped for each app below:
